We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Eloura™. If your experience does not meet expectations, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
90-Day Results Guarantee
To qualify for our 90-day results guarantee, you must provide before and after photos:
- One photo taken before starting the treatment
- One photo taken after using the product daily for 90 consecutive days
This guarantee applies only if the product has been used consistently as directed.
We offer a 90-day, 100% refund guarantee for customers who do not experience results after completing the full 90-day treatment period. This policy exists to ensure correct usage and to prevent misuse.
If you experience any negative reaction or dissatisfaction within the first 30 days, we may offer a refund for used products. If you wish to return unused items, a $30 return label fee will apply.
Please note that some countries do not accept returned cosmetic products. In such cases, we may be unable to issue a full refund.
Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds, as delivery timelines are outside of our control.
If multiple orders have been placed, only one refund per customer is permitted under the 90-day guarantee.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your request
- Before and after photos (if applying under the 90-day guarantee)
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), using the original payment method. Any currency exchange or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or cosmetic products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return postage.
Order Cancellations
Orders (including subscription orders) cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as processing and fulfillment begin immediately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A photo of the outer packaging
- Your order number and full name

Return & Refund Process
- Email us at elourahairgrowth@gmail.com with the required information.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
If returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above, no refund will be issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval:
